Greetings from the Putney headquarters in beautiful Vermont! We just spent an amazing four days going over program details for our cultural exploration trip through Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji. We also got to read through everyone’s applications and are so excited to meet all of you! We know we will have an amazing trip and wonderful group.

We encourage everyone to check out the books on the recommended reading list and watch some of the movies, too! There’s so much to explore on our journey, and this is a great way to get excited and learn a bit before coming. We just watched the Kiwi-made movie Hunt for the Wilderpeople and loved it. Highly recommended!

So soak up those summer rays, reflect on what you want to get out of this amazing experience, and start getting pumped! We’re off to jump back in the pond at the Putney barn—the water is perfect!
